We are a custom modular home builder. We can do almost any floor plan. If you have a floor plan you like, we will be happy to quote it for you. Any of our floor plans can be customized, walls can be moved, ceilings can be raised, vaulted or tray. Roof lines can be hipped, valley set, transverse, or simply raised in pitch. If you can think it we will do our best to make it a reality.

What We Do Not Include **

Water Supplies

  • Home owner to pay all fees and associated costs for wells, public water, sewer, septic tanks, permit fees and electric connection from street to home
  • Impact fees to build are home owners responsibility

Landscaping and Grading

  • Grading will be done to county codes only
  • Landscaping is not done by Salisbury Modular Home Company

Walk-ways and Drive-ways

  • Walk-ways and drive-ways are home owners responsibility

Lots

  • Lot Clearing
  • Lot Preperation
  • Fill Dirt
During construction no one is permitted to work on, enter, or store items in home or on site without express written permission from Salisbury Modular Home Company.
